The main objective of SaxyParty is to make you spend an excellent time enjoying with your family and friends the best collection of music of various genres and rhythms. It will be helpful to profile your party based on the reason for it, the number of guests, average age, etc. Please indicate this information in the event notes.
SaxyParty can be presented in two modes, only audio or karaoke, making the party more interactive by displaying the lyrics of the songs.
It consists of three sections:
Use the Sax Party Agenda icon to verify that the date and time you plan to have your event are available.
Select the Start Date of the event. The End Date of the event is automatically filled with the same date. If the event is several days (e.g. in a Restaurant or Bar) you can define a range of days by selecting a different End Date of the event and greater than the Start Date. This will be reflected in the agenda (the events will have the same Start-End times).
Select the Start Time of the event. The portal automatically determines the End Time of the event, or indicate it in the End Time of the event field. The minimum duration of my participation is two hours. Take care that if there is a previous event on the same day there is a difference of at least 3 hours (for logistics reasons). The duration of the event is determined automatically.
Type of Event: Meeting, Wedding, Birthday, 1st. Communion, XV Years, Anniversary, Session (for Restaurant-Bar) and Other.
Event Location: House, Salon, Garden, Restaurant, Bar and Other.
Indicate the event location.
If someone is going to be the contact of the event (e.g. organizer, promoter, etc.) please indicate your name and phone number.
Use the Notes field to indicate any special circumstances of the event (e.g. references to get to the place, etc.).
Enter your Name, Phone (mobile or landline, only one) and Email Address (this address is used by the portal to send messages and notifications). Your data will not be shared with anyone, guaranteeing your privacy (read the Notice of Privacy).
Indicate the payment method you wish to use.
Cash: The portal calculates the amount of your payment and presents you with an Account Statement. It will be sent the necessary data to schedule an appointment to make the payment to the email address you indicated in your data.
Deposit or Transfer: The portal calculates the amount of your payment and presents you with an Account Statement. It will be sent the necessary data to make the payment to the email address you indicated in your data.
Coming soon -> PayPal: Payment by credit card, if you do not have an account use the link of Paypal to obtain it, the procedure is free. Payment must be made at least three days before the event.
